I dropped my engagement ring and wedding ring in for a quote to be resized on Monday. I got a call Monday evening with the quote. I phoned back on Tuesday to give the go ahead with the work. I got a call on Wednesday morning to say my rings we ready for collection. When I went down to collect my rings the lady that served me noticed I was wearing my eternity ring. She took my eternity ring and polished it free of charge so my 3 rings are sparkling. I can’t recommend John Swan enough. Fantastic service.
